Greg Kinter
Owner
Greg Kinter started Kinter Electric in October of 1999 as a general electrical contractor. In October 2002 Kinter Electric became incorporated. Our business motto, “Service and Quality from a Business that Cares,” is why our company ideals have served our clients so well for years.
Kevin E. Farmer
Estimator / Project Manager
His field expertise includes managing 25 field electricians, directing subcontractors, ordering materials, planning deliveries and as well as arranging for tools and equipment. Kevin has a comprehensive understanding of the sequence of work for all types of building construction types and is able to coordinate work with other trades.
Kevin as completed numerous take-offs and proposals on all types of projects. The largest estimate Kevin has completed was for a two million dollar school project. Building a solid reputation, Kevin has negotiated many projects and has several repeat customers including owners, developers and general contractors.
As a Project Manager, Kevin has managed projects with electrical contracts up to two million dollars. Kevin knows the importance of keeping track of material shipments so as not to delay a project, pricing and negotiating change orders and work directives in a timely manner, managing subcontractors, scheduling and coordinating with the project superintendents regarding labor needs, equipment and material to keep the project on schedule and under budget.
Kevin also has experience working in occupied facilities such as schools, hospitals, federal office buildings and has been trained in safety procedures such as lock-out tag out, confined spaces, MSDS, and use of personal protective equipment.
With years of experience in switchgear and power distribution, lighting types, telephone and paging systems, music systems, computer systems both in the office and field, he is able to value engineer installations to minimize costs and work within the project parameters.
Ross Westenberg
Master Electrician
Born & raised in Minnesota. Received his electrical training at Perry Tech graduating in 2001. Started work for Kinter Electric in 2001. Married , wife Katie and has 4 children. Currently lives in the Grandview, WA area.

- In his spare time he is a fishing guide for salmon & steelhead in Washington’s rivers.
- Assists Greg with project & crew scheduling, estimating and project supervision on large and small projects.
